Italian Taste Borelli® informs that your personal data or those referring to or referable to you will be managed in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter Regulation) for the processing of data and in full compliance with confidentiality obligations.

Personal data processing means any operation or complex of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection , the extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.

For the establishment and execution of contractual relations with you in progress, Italian Taste Borelli® is the owner of personal and particular data, also acquired verbally, directly or through third parties, relating to you. The provision of the data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them or to subsequent processing may determine the impossibility of the Company to carry out the contractual relationships themselves. The failure to provide, however, all data that are not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be assessed from time to time by Italian Taste Borelli® and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance of the data requested with respect to the management of the commercial relationship.

In particular, we inform you that pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of the Regulations:

The personal data you provide are necessary for contractual and legal obligations as well as for achieving effective management of commercial relationships (administration of contracts, orders, shipments, invoices, reliability and solvency checks).

Methods of treatment and conservation:

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 point 2 of the Regulation and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the Regulation on security measures, by persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 of the Regulation.

We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the Regulations, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this information, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed. Personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no longer than the time necessary for the regular execution of the existing activities.

Aim of communication and diffusion:

The data may be made accessible, for communications and disseminations carried out in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Persons in charge and / or Internal Managers of the treatment and / or System Administrators, to third-party companies or other subjects that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external Data Processors. All data may be communicated in Italy and abroad exclusively for the purposes specified above to:

1) Suppliers / Customers affected by activities strictly connected to the supply of the product / service; for the unique purpose of credit protection and the best management of our rights relating to the individual commercial relationship.

2) commercial technicians;

3) professionals and consultants;

4) companies operating in the transport sector;

5) any other person deemed necessary for the performance of normal contractual activities, for the purpose of carrying out the normal operational and management activities of the Company.

All personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations as well as for future commercial purposes.

In compliance with art. 7 of the Italian Taste Borelli® Regulation would be pleased to send you commercial communications through the use of your e-mail address provided by you in the context of our previous commercial relationships and will be used for sending communications.

Transfer of personal data:

Pursuant to articles 44 and ss. of the Regulation, in order to guarantee the regular management of the personal data being processed, the Company may, having acquired your express consent, for the purposes and with the methods provided in this information, transfer your personal data both to Member States of the European Union, both in third countries not belonging to the European Union.

Particular categories of personal data:

Pursuant to articles 9 and 10 of the Regulation, these categories of data will not be processed or classified.

Existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling:

Italian Taste Borelli® does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Regulation.

Rights of the data subject:

At any time, you can exercise, in accordance with articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the right to:

a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;

c) obtain the correction and deletion of data;

d) obtain the limitation of the treatment;

e) obtain data portability, e.g. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;

f) oppose the treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;

g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling.

h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability.
